Booking & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to availability, weather conditions, and operational considerations. We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel bookings at our discretion for safety or unforeseen circumstances.

Deposits

A non- refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit reserves your time slot and horse and is not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations by the customer.​​

Cancellations by Customer

  • 48+ hours notice: Deposit is retained. Any remaining balance will be refunded or not charged. One reschedule may be allowed at our discretion.

  • 24-48 hour notice: Deposit is retained. Up to  50% of the remaining balance may be charged. One reschedule may be allowed at our discretion.

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: Deposit is retained and the full remaining balance will be charged.

We understand emergencies happen and may make exceptions at our discretion.
