All guests are required to sign a separate liability waiver before participating in any ride or experience.
Liability Waiver
All Riders are required to sign a separate Liability Waiver prior to participating in any ride or horse related activity.
Minors must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.
Failure to sign the waiver will result in cancellation of the ride without refund.
Rider Responsibility
Riders must :

Sterling Creek Outfitters reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears unsafe of unable to participate.
Oregon Equine Activity Liability Notice
Under Oregon law, an equine activity sponsor or professional is not liable for injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities.
Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability, weather conditions, and operational considerations. We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel bookings at any time for safety or unforeseen circumstances.
