By booking or participating in any service offered by Sterling Creek Outfitters, you agree to the following terms:

• Assumption of Risk                                                                                                                        Horseback riding and equine activities involve inherent risks, including injury or death. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• Rider Responsibility ​                                                                                                                                     Riders must :                                                                                                                                         Follow all instructions from the guides.                                                                                                       Wear appropriate clothing.                                                                                                                           Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations.                                                             Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.                                                                                                                

• Liability Waiver                                                                                                                                            All riders must sign a liability waiver prior to participation. 

       Minors must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.                                                                                                                    

• Animal Behavior                                                                                                                                   Horses are unpredicatable. Sterling Creek Outfitters is not liable for behavior beyond our control.      

• Property Damage

      Guests are responsible for any damages to equipment, horses, or property.

• Right to Refuse Service                                                                                                                              We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a ride at any time for safety concerns or inappropriate behavior.
